What are Event Lockers?
Event Lockers are Volt's personal lockers for festivals and events. Each one measures roughly 30 x 30 x 50 cm, which comfortably takes a phone, wallet, powerbank, a light jacket and a small bag. There is no key and no queue: every locker has its own personal access code, and the locker area is monitored regularly.
Volt runs lockers and charging at over 120 festivals and events, and DHL Stafetten is a natural fit. Most people arrive straight from work with more stuff than anyone wants to carry around a relay course.
DHL Stafetten 2026 in short
DHL Stafetten takes over Fælledparken in Copenhagen from 24 to 28 August 2026, five evenings in a row. Runs start from 18:00 and walks from 18:30, with the main entrance in the middle of Øster Allé, opposite Parken stadium, according to the organiser's practical information. Teams get five start numbers and one baton, and each leg is 5 km, run or walked, per Sparta, the organising club.
The park fills with team tents, picnic blankets and after-work energy. Which is lovely, and also exactly the kind of place where a jacket left on a blanket goes wandering. A tent is a meeting point, not a safe.

How does it work?
Book your locker online. Your locker number and access code are shown immediately after purchase and also sent by email and SMS. Access your locker anytime during opening hours.
Can I open my locker more than once?
Yes, as often as you like during the rental period at no extra cost. Drop a jacket at 17:45, grab your wallet at 19:30, collect everything after the last leg.
What if I forget my access code?
Your code is shown right after purchase and also sent by email and SMS. If you have not received it, check your spam folder. On-site staff can also assist you.
What can I store?
Valuables, a bag, extra clothing, and other personal items that fit inside the locker.
Is my locker secure?
Yes. Each locker has a personal access code, and the locker area is monitored regularly.
Do I need to empty the locker when I am done?
Yes. Leave the locker empty, closed and locked at the end of your rental period. Volt is not responsible for items left inside, and anything left behind may be handed over to the venue's Lost & Found.
Can I get a refund if I do not use it?
No. Once booked, the rental period cannot be refunded if not used. Another reason to actually show up for your leg.
Phone flat before your leg?
