Questions, answered

Charging

How does the Volt Charging Service work?

Guests rent a charged powerbank at a Volt station, charge on the move, and return it to any station on site. Pay per use, or use a swap pass.

Where do I return it?

Any Volt station at the event, not just the one you took it from. No walking back across the site.

What if guests bring their own powerbank?

At some events we offer hand-in charging: guests drop off their own device or powerbank to be charged, and collect it later.

Pay per use or swap pass?

Pay per use is a single rental for as long as you need. A swap pass lets guests grab a fresh, full powerbank as often as they like, great for multi-day and camping festivals.

Event Lockers

How do Event Lockers work?

Guests book a locker, store phone, wallet and valuables, and open it through the day with a code or the app.

Can guests get to it during the event?

Yes. Yes, they open and re-lock the locker as many times as they like while the event is running.

What are Cool Lockers?

Refrigerated Event Lockers for anything that needs to stay cold, like food, drinks and medication such as insulin.

How long can I rent one?

A single day or the full event, depending on what the event offers.

For organisers

Can we offer lockers and charging together?

Yes. We run both, delivered as one setup sized to your event, with a single point of contact.

Is it staffed?

Depends on the service. Self-service stations and Event Lockers run unattended, over-the-counter charging and cloakroom are staffed by us.

How do we book Volt?

Get in touch through getvolt.dk and the team will help you scope charging, storage, or both.

What does it cost?

It depends on the event and the mix of services. Tell us the shape of your event and we will size it.
