What Event Lockers are

Event Lockers are Volt's bookable festival lockers: code-locked boxes set up for the event, so festival goers have a safe spot for their stuff instead of carrying it through a 14 hour program. Each locker has its own personal access code, and the locker area is monitored regularly.

At Musik i Lejet the lockers measure 30 x 30 x 50 cm, as listed on the festival's practical page. One size, and it holds more than it sounds like:

• valuables such as keys, wallet and sunglasses
• a small bag or tote
• extra clothing, think a warm layer for the walk home at 04:00
• a powerbank, sunscreen and other personal items that fit inside

How the lockers work on site

Can I open my locker several times?

Yes, as often as you like during opening hours, for the whole rental period, at no extra cost. Drop things in when you arrive, grab your jacket when it gets cold, swap again before the last act.

What if I forget my access code?

Your code is shown right after purchase and also sent by email and SMS. Not seeing it? Check your spam folder. On-site staff can assist too.

Is my locker secure?

Each locker has a personal access code, and the locker area is monitored regularly.

Do I need to empty the locker when I'm done?

Yes. Leave the locker empty, closed and locked at the end of your rental period.

What happens if I leave something behind?

Volt is not responsible for items left inside the locker, and anything still there after your rental period may be handed over to the venue's Lost & Found. So take your things with you on the last night.

Can I get a refund if I don't use my locker?

No. Once booked, the rental period cannot be refunded if not used. Use of the locker is at your own risk.
