Want to volunteer at Varde Open Air? Varde Open Air is one of Denmark’s oldest music festivals, in Varde in South-West Jutland, running 23–25 Jul 2026. It is association- and volunteer-run.
Volunteering is through membership of the Varde Open Air association (200 kr/year), then signing up for a work area via the online portal. Your team lead contacts you around 1 June with your shifts across the two festival days. In return: a helper t-shirt, a volunteer-only area with discounted drinks, an appreciation party, and festival access when you are off shift. Minimum age 16 (18 for bars).
