How the Volt Event Locker worked at every stop

Volt ran Event Lockers at all eight GRØN venues, and the process was identical from Tårnby to Valby, confirmed on each stop's own page on groenkoncert.dk:

1. Book online. Festival goers reserved a locker for their city and date through Volt's booking system for 75 DKK.
2. Get a code before arriving. The locker number and personal access code arrived by email and SMS shortly before the show, not at the gate.
3. Come and go all day. Each site had three locker zones, one just outside the entrance and two inside the concert area. Using the outside locker meant buying an entry and exit wristband at the information tent, so festival goers could step out and back in without losing their place.

Each Event Locker measured roughly 30x30x50 cm, enough for a jacket, a small bag, and valuables, though not a power outlet. Every site's lockers were emptied at 22:00, once the concert ended, so anything still inside had to be collected before the crew cleared out.

Part of every booking supported Muskelsvindfonden

GRØN has run in aid of Muskelsvindfonden, the Danish foundation for people with muscular dystrophy, since 1983. Volt's Event Locker added a direct line to that: 25 DKK of every 75 DKK locker booking at GRØN went straight to the foundation, on top of whatever the concert itself raised.
