3. Frigjort Festival, 6 to 8 August

Christiania, Copenhagen. No camping.

Frigjort is the opposite of Smukfest in almost every way, and that is the appeal. Started in 2019 by volunteers from the venue Loppen, it takes over corners of Christiania for three days of free daytime music under the open sky, cheap bar prices, and a program that runs from hyperpop and noise to performance art.
