Smukfest 2026's main camping areas, KærligHeden, NaturligHeden, LækkerHeden and Skovlunden, opened today, Sunday 2 August at 14:00 (smukfest.dk). Gates being open does not mean every Volt service is live yet. Here is exactly what you can use today, and when the rest switches on.
What's actually open today
One point is running from the moment you arrive: the staffed Volt Charging Service booth at KærligHeden, open today from 14:00 to 01:00 (smukfest.dk). Walk up, rent a powerbank, and swap it for a fresh one once a day for the rest of the week. SOUNDBOKS Battery Swap runs from the same KærligHeden point, so if you hauled a speaker out to the forest, this is also where you sort it.
That is the whole list for day one. Every other Volt point, staffed or self-service, and every Event Locker zone is still closed today (smukfest.dk). If your camp is anywhere else, the plan for tonight is simple: run on whatever charge you brought from home.

Booking ahead vs turning up
You do not need to wait for your zone to open to book. Charging, Event Lockers, SOUNDBOKS Battery Swap and SOUNDLOCK all book through Smukfest's own Smukkiosk or through the Volt Smukfest 2026 collection, so your booking is ready the moment your point switches on. Staffed booths also take walk-ups once they are open, and the self-service towers need no staff at all, just your booking on your phone.

Is Volt Charging Service open at Smukfest today?
Only at KærligHeden, from 14:00 to 01:00. The Sølund entrance booth and the self-service towers open Tuesday 4 August, and the Stjerne Bar booth opens Wednesday 5 August (smukfest.dk).
Can I access my Event Locker today?
Not yet. Skovlunden opens Monday 3 August; Sølund entrance and Skanderborghus open Wednesday 5 August (smukfest.dk).
Where does SOUNDBOKS Battery Swap run?
From the KærligHeden point only, alongside the staffed Volt Charging Service booth.
Can I book before my zone opens?
Yes. Book through Smukfest's own Smukkiosk or the Volt Smukfest 2026 collection, and collect once your point is live.
